About Us

Hayoka is a Native American term given to me when I was a young girl. It can be defined as a trickster and a catalyst for change. My hope is that I can help those around me to be catalyst for their own change through my teaching of yoga, on one of my intimate retreats and through discussions on being a wild my hope is that we can all find freedom.
